We have been at that time and love it, contemporary is a great resort , the rooms are spacious and comfy , and there was a computer in the rm, if you have never been ask to stay in the main/A frame building , we were only a couple floors up from chef mickeys and the monorail , I know some people think it's loud but we didn't find it noisy , either way you will have a great time:) - tracsant

Aww poor kid. It'll be tough at first but I'm sure once you get a set diet it'll get easier.I know someone with Celiac and she does great with it. She has to be doubly diligent about reading the ingredients in processed foods not only for her but for her son who, while not having Celiacs, is allergic to all nuts (airborne & ingested). Im going to keep my eyes open for recipes that are gluten free for her especially the sweet ones.

SOO many people in my family have celiac! And everyone deals with it great! We hve this great recipe we make "flourless chocolate cupcakes" super easy to make and SOOO GOOD!
