Found this in FAQ:PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE GETTING A “DEVICE BLOCKED DUE TO BAD WAIT TIMES” error message this could be an error on our end. There is an issue with our current version that displays that message instead of a “no connection” message. Wait a few minutes and try to enter another time and it should work.
