That's awesome! Let the memories begin!
Hope you feel better, soon.
Thanks everyone, for the welcome back and well wishes.
Please add me for my daughter. She LOVES anything to do with cooking! Ty.
The left side of Great Movie Ride! We found Daisy over there.
It's a huge resort. Martinique area is closer to the food court and main pool.
Blizzard Beach is better. That typhoon thing is scary and dangerous.
My favorite treat is the Pineapple Dolewhip Float. I have several favorite characters. Main characters- Chip and Dale and Donald. Random characters- Figaro, Thumper, Grumpy, Mater, Stitch, Mushu, Maximus the horse. Princess- Always was Snow White, but now also includes Rupunzel. Villain- Captain Hook. Prince- Flynn Rider. ;)
Yes, a Siamese kitty, a Zebra Finch, a Beta, and a Gerbil.
Favorite Songs- I have to many! "When You Wish Upon a Star" and "A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes" because they scream Disney, "The Second Star to the Right", "Little Wooden Head", "Zip-a-dee-doo-da", and "You Can Fly" reminds me of my childhood, (among many others). "Can You Feel the Love, Tonight", "Circle of Life", "Kiss the Girl", "Reflection", "At Last I See the Light", "I Just Can't Wait to be King", "God, Help the Outcasts", "He Lives in You", "You'll Be In My Heart", "A Whole New World", "Soarin' ", "Wishes" and "Celebrate You" (Because my daughter gets SO excited, and sings along while watching the fireworks and parade.), and of course, "Disney's Electrical Parade" because of its pure fun, and bouncy awesome-ness! :)
Hobbies- I enjoy scrapbooking. I used to draw allot when I was younger. I'm also pretty good at cake decorating. My favorite thing to do at the parks? There are several. Reminisce my times there as a child, I very much enjoy seeing Disney through my daughter's eyes, and just simply being there, taking in all the magic Disney has to offer.
I was one on my first visit to DW, and went there at least twice (?) while I lived in Orlando as a young child. My family moved to WA state when I was five. At 15, we starting moving around again, back and forth to FLA, WA, PA. Each time we were in FLA we would visit DW. I got to work at Blizzard Beach for a short time before moving back to WA. Since then, I have been to DL twice and DW five times.
My photos are my favorite souvenirs. They are priceless. I collect Disney pins, but my preference is the Disney cats. I try to collect the cat figurines, but they are hard to find. I have so many great memories, I don't really have any one favorite. As for unusual memories, they are better off not mentioned because they are also sad.
Yes, DizneyGirl. ;) My family- I (Lorraine, but I go by Lori) met my husband, Davide (pronounced "Dah-vee-day") in PA. He is from Sicily, and has a cool accent! We have been married for 14 years, and we have a beautiful 9 year old daughter, Angela Rose. My father is also Sicilian, and my mothers side is from England and Czechoslovakia. We also have a sweet Siamese kitty named Ginger.
