We are big Boma and Yak & Yeti fans! Epcot is a good relaxing park if you don't have kids in tow! Magic Kingdom will take a couple of days!
My little tips. If you like to eat then the dining plan is for you. I usually don't eat that much while at the parks but love to have nice dinner. In the end the dining plan works for me since it saves. It can be a lot of food. Places you should eat is Casey's Corner at MK, Pizza Planet at HS, and for a nice restaurant try 50's Prime Time at HS. Resort wise, Movies is my fav as for a moderate Caribbean Resort! - codiejoe

Okay this is a toughy .. Either hollywood studios and epcot, because you can sinply hop on a ferry to take you to and from both parks ... Or animal kingdom and hollywood studios.. Only because both parks are not you typical "all day" parks.. Theres not TOO much to do - Boardwalkgirl

Depends what kind of Dining experience you want. Are you looking to do Character meals? Just regular sit down restaurants? But, for Character meals I would say Cinderella's Royal Table makes you feel like a princess, fancy-ish, Crystal Palace has a great breakfast, Ohana's for breakfast or dinner is great, Trails End Buffet is really yummy, Yak & Yeti is my fav. For lunch or dinner....their wonton dessert is the best! Chef Mickey's breakfast is yummy, and fun......the list can on & on really, lol:). Definitely do MK: haunted mansion, BTMRR, Splash Mountain, buzz Lightyear, Aladdin, all of Fantasyland, Tomorrowland speedway, meet the characters, watch the parades. There's so much to do I can't name them all! - Jalex239

One hint we made it a family rule for every trip- if you are tall enough for the ride you have to try it other wise you will never know if you like it or not. More often than not they love it and want to do it again. It might be easier to get your hand on some maps and highlight for them the have toos or get on computer aand make with them their personal maps. 5 is such a great age and there will be alot he can do. Have fun helping them plan - mmddgp

Creamy Avocado Margarita really yummy.
Recipe:
3 cup cubed ice
4 ounces Patron gold tequila
4 ounces Cointreau orange liqueur
2 ounces fresh lime juice
6 ounces of sweet and sour
To complete the margarita:
1 large hass avocado
2 ounce sweet and sour
Chile-lime salt (optional)
1 slice avocado for garnish
1 slice of lime garnish
How to make it
Pour Frozen Margarita ingredients into a blender; blend until smooth. Cut open one avocado and remove pit. With a spoon, remove, in small increments, the meat of the avocado and place in blender. (Use one-half avocado for each margarita.)
Add 2 more ounces sweet and sour to frozen batch, and blend about 20 seconds. Rim martini glass with chile-lime salt, pour margarita into glass, and serve.
