Quick question, just realized our magical express is for the wrong date and has the wrong hotel, we are switching during our trip. So I called and they just had me write some stuff and cross out other stuff, should I be scared that our bags wont make it to our hotel??

DVC, I'm thinking about listening to their sales pitch, but I'm curious to hear what you folks think of it first. Like how much does it cost, do you think it saves you money over time? Does it make planning your trips easier? And anything else you think is helpful. Thanks
I suggest you go to the sales pitch and weigh the options to see what conforms to your style of vacationing. They are not pushy and you may find it to be worth your while. I'm actually sorry I didn't do this years ago! We love DVC and the resorts are beautiful! If you enjoy staying at nicer resorts you won't want to stay elsewhere. The cost usually goes up the longer you wait. I'd check it out though because they give you a fast pass and gift card per person plus ice cream regardless of purchase or not! - Jalex239

How much it costs depends on how many points you buy, and what kind of deals they have going. Deff makes it easier to plan your trips out... the only negative is that you feel obligated to use your points every year. You can always bank them though. You should go listen to what they say. You save money over time... if you dont buy in you still get fast passes and ice cream :) - rlpologal89

we are down to 30 days!!!! Quick question, we are taking Magical Express from airport, but we want to go and get a few snacks after we check in and some adult beverages, what's the best way to do that? I've never gone without a car before and I'm feeling a little out of control. My husband says I'm an obsessive planner, but I just don't want to think about it after I'm officially on vacation.

In DL we were able to ride in the front of the monorail with the conductor, do they allow that now in WDW? Thanks to anyone who is there and can ask while at the monorail, and do It, If you can, it's a pretty cool experience!!
They still do, and if you ask a CM they will usually let you...its really fun!!! - HannahBanana36

We did the luau in 2008, it was not what we were expecting. If you have been to previous luau like in Hawaii this is definitely not the same. The show was cute, food was not all that great. Seating area was very cramped, we were very hot. ( we did it in September 08)Things could have changed since then but I never chanced it again since we do the DP and don't want to waste 2 points. - majickingdom79

Staying at animal kingdom lodge for the first time in just 38 days, am curious about what it is the best room level to be on for the best views of the wildlife.
We were at kidani in feb. I believe we were in the third floor and it was awesome. We saw different animals at different times of the day. You will definitely enjoy it. - dvcfam4

It varies. Last year my luggage tags cane 3 weeks prior to my arrival date. Prior trip to that it came 2 weeks prior to arrival. I would call DME or Disney and verify when it should be there. - majickingdom79
