I lived on Oahu for five years. I loved going to the Dole Plantation and having pineapple icecream. The Dole Whip is the closest I have had since leaving Hawaii.

We do it every time because it is just the two of us and otherwise we never have pictures of both if us. Also the have the magic shots, like they can put tinkerbell in your hand or mickey sitting on the bench with you. Also I hear now you can get your ride photos on there too!!
We did it once and liked a lot of our photos. I would pre order it to save money, and when you get home if you don't like enough of the photos you can get a refund within two weeks. You do have to try and stop when you see a photopass person and take pics so you can get the most pics. Also give them your camera to take pics, if you have enough of those that turn out, cancel your photopass. - Andrea84

Magical express only runs certain hours, and they are not very good about having enough buses late at night I waited one hour and a half when I got in at 8:30pm one night. My husband and I have an agreement, we will only wait 15 min. And then we'll take a cab!! You have to stand while you wait and we will never wait that long again.
Never took magical express ,but as far as thier luggage goes when they change resorts just let bell service know and they will deliver the luggage,sorry I can't help with rest,but i would think maybe they can take one of the buses to the resort as if they had dining res,they might have to change buses though:) - tracsant

My plane was delayed and did not land till 2 AM. It was the last plane to land in the empty airport. I was told to go to baggage and get my luggage then report to the magical express. They were there ready and waiting :) - mzdisnee

I don't really know how long magical express runs but when switching resorts you just drop the bags off at bell service and then you can go to the park when you check in to your new resort your bags will already be there - nodell111

I don't think it was closed for a refurb. It was closed indefinitely until they fixed the problem with whatever was wrong with it. It later opened. The only refurb that I heard about is test track at EPCOT. I believe sometime this month it will close until Sept. I think Indy will know for sure. - majickingdom79
