Looky, looky, looky. Walgreens is selling these
15 minutes to kickoff. Experiment 626 (STITCH) and Experiment 869 say, "HERE WE GO!" ***Steelers Nation***
I wonder if Tinkerbell and her fairy friends were here?
TRIVIA TIME: what do DUMBO, the JUNGLE BOOK, and WINNIE THE POOH all have in common.
the Pin question I asked earlier seemed to be a popular one. Here is another of my Pin Displays...all from STAR TOURS. Believe it or not, the background is from the top of a shoebox.
Trivia Time. Who purchased the very FIRST Disneyland ticket and how much did it cost this person?
What do you guys do with your Disney Trading pins when you return home? Do you keep them on the lanyards? Do they sit in a drawer? Do you wear them? Do you display them?
Jungle Cruise: these guides seem to be Disney's answer to "stand up comedy." So think hard and share your favorite joke or "one-liner" you've heard on the Jungle Cruise. Here's mine..."Hey! Did you know that Mellon Pickers can get married but, they cantaloupe.
Look what just came in the mail from Disney Movie Club...Disney Immagineering DVDs. They take WDW rides, attractions, and stuff and use it to teach science. I had the first three they made and have been waiting two years for new ones. As an Industrial Technology Teacher, these are GREAT in my classroom. I teach electricity, hydraulics, pneummatics, drafting, and mechanical systems. All off those subjects are found in Disney rides and attractions.
***RAK WINNER*** I put the names in the hat and my little man selected 5disneylovers. Respond with your email and then well make contact so I can get this mailed off to you. _Congrats!
***RAK*** I am going to try my First RAK. This is a 5 x 7 Disney 3-D Lenticular Collector's Card exclusively commissioned for the Disney Movie Club and cannot be purchased in any store. Say, "Please Enter Me" and tell me something you like about the "Princess and the Frog." Good Luck. RAK ends Monday at Noon EST.
check this character out. Look closely at eyes and hands. Where have I seen those before? I think they took some inspiration from a certain mouse.
I just learned I can refinance my Mortgage at a much lower interest rate and save $650.00 a month. I wonder how I will spend over $7000 a year savings? I feel a trip down south coming on. Woo Hoo!
I wanted to show you some of my art, inspired by none other than Experiment 626 (otherwise known as STITCH). These used to be in my son's bedroom, but at 16, he decided it was time to let them go. I, on the other hand could not let them go, so I brought them to my classroom to be displayed. Since summer is waning, it was time to visit the classroom and figure out what I needed to get done before school starts. Thats when I ran into these guys again. Can anyone out there name any of these characters?
#Retro! 1970 - can you get anymore retro than this? My grandfather introduces me to Mickey Mouse.
#Retro! 2008 - Another for the STEELER NATION! Go SIXburgh - climb that Stairway to SEVEN! The only one who put up a fuss was STITCH (can you believe it)? He wouldn't pose with me and my Terrible Towel. I guess Disney can't endorse any one particular team or organization. Still, I haven't heard any flack about Hines Ward's Mickey Mouse (in Steelers Uniform) tattoo.
#Retoday! Sept 2008. Pittsburgh STEELERS day at the Magic Kingdom. The whole family wore jerseys...even Grandma.
Today is my birthday.. My daughter, knowing how much I love MouseWait, crafted me this custom card. I wear my Grape Soda, pin on my hat. I am asked daily what it means, which gives me an opportunity to tell folks about MouseWait. I love this kid. Oh wait, I'm supposed to, she's my daughter.
Disneyland records present....a 33 rpm LP. Flee Markets are a different treasure trove of Disney memoribilia
