Spent the first night at Coronado Springs and saw this guy. It is about 3 feet long from nose to tail. On my way to DTD for some Earl of Sandwhich.

30 days to go! Very excited to go back. Going to spend 3 days at Disney's Vero Beach resort, stop by Cape Canaveral to view the museum on the way back to Orlando, then the rest of the days at the parks. Staying at Old Key West for the first time. Has anyone ever stayed at either the Vero Beach resort or OKW that can offer some tips for the stay?
First yay for being so close, I haven't stayed at vero beach but would love to hear about it and see pics, I have stayed at okw, in a 3 bdr and 2 bdr it's a very nice resort more of a condo feel this was before any renovations so it was a little run down , there are no elevators so you might want to get something ground level , and it's a pretty big resort so if you don't have a car it might be a bit of a pain to get around the resort itself , but they have quite a few pools , I liked it but is my least fave out of the dvc at wdw but we still ha a great time there and I'm sure you will too:) - tracsant  604.8 #3 5:50PM

We stayed at OKW last fall and loved it!! There were 8 of us total and we had 2 suites. We loved how spacious and comfortable the rooms were. Some people complain there aren't elevators, but that was really NOT a big deal at all!! We thought the resort was great! - hpadgett  4.8 #390 11:28PM

Need some advice. In Oct I will be staying 2 extra days and we wanted to try Port Orleans for those two extra days. Can anyone tell me which they like better, Riverside or French Quarter, and why? Trying to decide on which to stay at.

I have to agree with CollegeDisneyKnowledgeGrad ... FQ was very calm, and quiet for the duration of our stay. And we stayed at that resort 11 days. Even the pool area with the dragon slide wasn't very rowdy. It was highly recommended by our travel agent, because we were taking my 70 year old parents. And my mom can't do steps. This was from San Diego's "Big Bay Boom", the nations second largest fireworks show. All 4 barges of fireworks went off at the same time during a pre-show test. Looks kinda like a Mickey. Trying to tell me I should have gone to a Disney park to watch a show.
