Even more thankful for my Disney family trip at the end of this month- just found out starting Nov 1, my DH will no longer be based in Phx where we live, and will have to commute to Chicago (he's a pilot). It will be nice to have some Disney family time before he's goes. (Pic from DH first time at DCA/DL in 2008)

Ooo a root canal isn't so bad actually...i had my wisdom tooth pulled a few wks ago. Going through disney attractions in your mind is a good idea. Would it also help u if u sang your fave disney songs in your mind? Or imagined yourself at wishes or illuminations? Helps me to sing "small world" in my mind...haha:-) Good luck! I truly dislike segways. They have segway tours of downtown San Diego, and I have had plenty of close encounters with those things. It is bad enough having to try and avoid being hit by strollers and wheelchairs.(The latter happened to me twice last visit.) Now those things. - Lelundrial

I think it's funny that a class action lawsuit (which led to this situation) will cause more lawsuits when people are injured because these things will be allowed in the park. Let's be honest, you know good and well that after Disney looks at this, they WILL allow them in the park and there WILL be accidents. The ECVs Disney provides are a hassle and dangerous to begin with (A friend had her ankle broken by one of these blasted things because the lady wasn't paying attention when my friend told her to stop in the queue line). I really don't like this idea, they allow segwayd but only on a special early morning tour of Epcot not any other time. The scooters that they allow right now are really annoying, they are always getting in the way and almost running over little kids, I have also seen plenty of people pick up their scooter to move it because they don't like the position, if you can do that you don't really need a scooter. - nodell111
