I spend most of my time at Epcot (love gardens) and AK (animal lover) just walking a taking it all and a little people watching along the way, maybe a fast pass or two. I don't wait in long lines for attractions. You see things solo, taking your time, that you might miss on a family trip.
I would recommend spending a LOT of time in Epcot. You can take your time shopping and eating around the world. If it's a hot day, the Kaki Gori is refreshing in Japan! - goofygal

Wow what a plan! I am the complete opposite and plan nothing except plane flights. We go with our flow and make dinner reservations the same day and almost always get the place we want, not the perfect time though. I look forward to your in-park posts.

I did this for our vacation in October (3 out of 4 of us were first timers) and the boys made so much fun of me for it before we left. Once we arrived they realized it saved us a lot of time, and kept us from standing around - Pixarprincess
