I've been twice and have used the Magical Express both times. I love not having to go get my luggage! Both times the lines for the bus were VERY short and my hotels were the first stop to be dropped off at. I would recommend wearing what you want to wear at the parks on the plane because it can take a while for your luggage to be dropped of at your room. - chrissykins  825.5 #111 1:35PM

We have used it both times we have gone and it was great, especially now with kids. You don't have to get your luggage and haul it all over the airport to get to a taxi or anything. You just get off the plane and head straight to the bus. Both times we didn't have to wait for a bus and there was no line to check in. I would say do it because it's very easy and less stressful. They tell you your luggage arrives about 3 hours after you get there. We don't know how long ours took because as soon as we get to our hotel we head straight to the parks for awhile. When you ask to ride you are making a reservation. They tell u times avail and u pick the time. Then you tell them how many. Arrive 15 early and check in. Approx 15 people can ride at one time includes a cm who serves as a tour guide. There is a book to sign and yes it is round trip.The ticket is a keepsake. - Dizkid  284.2 #703 3:21AM

I have extra maps from our trip in September. Might I suggest you go to Disney's website and have the free maps mailed to you, they are very nice, nicer than those from the parks.
