That's why we are scared to change resorts. Only one minor thing we didn't care for out of two stays, always quite even with conventions and sprin break plus cheer leading weekend and still lived every moment at Coronado sprigs, but these rooms do look cute

There are some downside for a value resort, noise is one of them... (especially the All-Star food court!, it is kinda small and crowded, i never stayed there, just passed-by because of the awesome decors!). I guess Pop century is alright... i never encounter noise, except the last 2 days of my stay.. the other room, they have kiddos and they love to play :)... - otilegna

My husband is finishing the new kitchen counters and sink so excited to have water and do dishes (yes, sad I know) and then hoping to have Monday and do something fun as a family. We usually online check in, and usually is fairly quick in line, except last time we arrived a little earlier than planned but could get into the park while waited. Then our park ticket/room key allowed us to get into our room once they texted us our room number. So I guess it does make things a little quicker
It's the best thing. You get in pick up you folder with the keys map and get out. Everything u do in the building is done prior to arrival. It easy and great. Do it. You will be glad you did - 5disneylovers

I'm sorry to hear there are family issuses. Last 4 years my parents, husband and I have been kept out of holidays and anything important (unless involves us giving gifts such as bridal parties and weddings, no thanksgiving or Christmas). So my grandma ends up having to go to three different places for Christmas dinners, on different days but still stuck because growing up we were all very close and would have Christmas dinner with the whole family. I know it's tough but I would try to tough it out if your husband wants to be with family for the holidays. I go to some of my husbands family's party when sometimes I don't want to (I do love them but they can drive ya nuts lol, even him).
Our countdown is 8 yes 8! Mrs I said it! I'm always telling people how lucky we are that we all get along. I sent my daughter's in laws a card saying that after hearing in law stories I was so happy they were our in laws. Good luck

Our countdown is at 23!! I completely understand... my sister, brother and I have experienced similar drama with our Dad's wife and adult children and their kids in the past. So much so, it takes alot of effort (especially around the holidays) to put the past aside and enjoy our time with our father with them around. We do it for him, because we love him dearly. So, my only advice for now is, if it makes your hubs happy to see his family, make an effort for him and your kids, and try to enjoy yourself as much as you can. Sorry Yessy, I know it's tough.
