Never had a problem with it at coronado springs, except the one time where the online check-in line was longer then the regular one. Lol
I did it last year, but when I arrived, my reservation was messed up. It took me longer to get it straightened out, than for other family members to check in the regular way. I hope it works better for you! - ally

I love online check in. When you get there you can have them change your room if it's not close to the buses and they just get you new room keys. - Andrea84

We used it, but when we arrived they put us in the wrong kind of bed in the room, then when I insisted on a king bed which I had called about months before they said they would have to charge me more, I said no and has the date I had called and whom I spoke with in my hand and they "upgraded" me for "free" it was kind of a loosey experience, but we have our king bed and that's what we need for good sleep and that is necessary for Disney world. - margustafson
