If you have a AP, you don't need another ticket with park hopper...your pass covers you going to a park or more a day...
You can hop with the annual pass unless you mean hopping from DW to DL - mmddgp

Can overseas tourists buy annual passes as it works out possibly cheaper than our biggest pass we can buy..(10 day pass). It would be so much better for longer stays as there's so much to see in orlando and the surrounds - bubbaschoice

Sorry to hear that...that is one of the main reasons I left MW DL...here I feel like everyone is family, and very supportive...DL a lot of them treated the newbies very cruel at times...I hope things get better in MW dl soon... :(

That why we strive to keep any negative comments and fighting out of our lounge. Since our side came online, we've only had three major incidences. And we hope to keep it that way. It is sad that the DL side has become that. I was a part of it in November 2009 and remember when it was like ours is now. - IndyandMarion

I browse WDW occasionally and it's true, a lot less drama here. But I'm shocked that some of you state there is no drama or negativity in here...yet this post is both! MW DL side has a very large group of people and has to be dealt with differently. The occasional "googled" pic here doesn't stop the live photos, but when you have 5-10 a day, the live shots are buried. Yes, some can be considered rude, but in the vast majority of cases, folks are giving advice and the person seeing it misinterprets good advice for rudeness. When someone is consistently negative or consistently posts non-Disney photos, the warnings do get stronger. We also get a lot more trolls...but in the past, Admin used MWers to watch for them, unbeknownst to many of the regular users. Those people that left were a huge part of the success of MW, and it will become more noticeable as time goes on. There are still very active people on MW that have given bad reviews because they were angry with Admin. There's a lot that isn't known about what goes on behind the scenes. And a lot that isn't known about what recently happened. The best thing you can do is to not disrespect when you don't know the full story. - Gia

I usually get sick on vacations if we fly so I made sure we drove. We used 2 small bottles of hand sanitizer and were lucky not one of the 7 of us including my 1 year old got sick! She did get a fever when we got home but I honestly think that was coincindence or molars lol! - ccmom

Ask the resort your staying at about transportation to universal....a fee of I think 15.00 per person a company picks you up at your resort...we use this 4 times so far...either a bus or van picks you up...
I had a car when I went but I didn't care for it too much. I guess its preference though because some people love it - mickeym0use

We are there now! If you are a HP fan you will love it. We are staying at pops and we took mears here. It is 19.pp round trip. When it is just 2 if us that's what we do if I have my grandkids we book a van that is @ 35. One way. - mmddgp

Funny you mention this today 'cause that's exactly what we did today! We are at Coronado Springs and we used Mears. I'm actually sitting on the bus going back as I type this. It's $38 for two people round trip. It only took us 45 minutes to get from our hotel to Universal, including other pick up stops. - NotNKansasAnymor

Thanx guys for all the comments, we've booked US too over 2 days in oct and we were tossing up whether to get a hire car or the mears. After reading this i think we'll take the mears, choosing our own return times sounds good and the cost is reasonable. Hire cars u hav the worry of an accident, damage, etc
