Doing laundry and packing. We leave for WDW on Wednesday. Attempting to make sure I don't forget anything. We have more going on this trip (1/2 Marathon, MVMCP), so I need to be more prepared for anything.
Decorating pumpkins for thanksgiving, we ne'er got to carving them for Halloween. And hoping to take my dip in our hot tub. Unfortunately it's still hot outside though here. We took Jonah and Natalie to see Broadway's Shrek the Musical today. It was awesome!! The kids and adults loved it - and even better, lots of Disney character references made all throughout!! - mrsincredible

07/2007. Best memory, walking onto our balcony and seeing zebra and a giraffe. It's the only time I have stayed at a deluxe resort and it was amazing. Since then I tend to focus more on the parks than the resorts.
My first visit was in 1983. My parents took us, there was only MK and EPCOT. We did a one day ticket to MK and had breakfast with the characters. I'm not sure where the breakfast was, but it had Alice, Tweedledum and Goofy. I remember thinking our waiter was dreamy! - DizneyGirl

Filed my leave at work, upgraded my disneyland pass to Premier Pass, booked a hotel resort (Pop Century), and a flight). It was a short visit for me. 6days of fun at WDW! In 32 days (🎉), we will fly out from SoCal and arrive at MCO about 9:30pm. Since we are getting in late (😒), the only plan is to check in to PoFQ, grab some grub and hit bed fairly early.
Our first day of our next trip will be spent in the car driving down. Once we finally arrive we will check in to Coronado springs, and then meet our family in the park for our second cousins first time to wdw (they are ages 3-6) and know we are Disney fans. We have dinner reservations set up through our the week and just usually plan day by day and can't wait!!! - TinkTinkTink

We are picking up the kids from school, we drive north to Orlando about 2&1/2 to 3 hrs. Checking in to SSR and we'll most likely eat dinner then take a bus to MK and enjoy some of our favorite rides, snap some pictures and catch the fireworks! Hear hear!! As a SoCal native, I would much prefer the two coasts be different. I need a reason to go to WDW(well, not really). I enjoy the things out there I can't get here.
I don't really see anything wrong with it , there are so many things I would love to see from other Disney parks from aroun the world but the reality is wdw is the closest and cheapest for me to go to , I won't be going to dl anytime in the near future if ever and it's pretty safe for me to say I will never have the chance to go overseas so I like that I might be able to see some of these things in person , there are things I don't quite get like avatar land but I'm sure it will still look amazing even though I'm not a fan but like I said I look forward to whatever else they bring otherwise I and a lot others would never get to see it - tracsant

I am from southern California and was at WDW last week. We were really surprised how different the rides were in Florida compared to the same ones in California. (space mountain, buzz light year, pirates, small world and haunted mansion to name a few) Perhaps the new Carsland will be similar but not the same. It certainly wouldn't make me love Disney any less! - MicheyMouse

As of Feb 2011 he still worked in the parks. I plan on taking him in November, unless I heat differently.
