Hi! I'm Jess, I live in So Cali just 10 minutes from Disneyland. My husband and I have been together for 13 years, married for 8. We have two kids, a 3 year old girl and 1 year old boy; we dealt with years of infertility and are so blessed to have them. I'm a manager at AT&T; I also like to do photography and computer graphics on the side. In Emily, 32, from Indiana. First trip to WDW was when I was about 3; was so young for my only trip to DL that I do t even remember it. Need to go back soon. Been to WDW about 6 times total. In 2009 went with my now-husband and he proposed in front of Cinderella's Castle during night fireworks! Went back again with him in October 2011. Already planning our next trip! We are addicted - cannot wait for new Fantasyland to open. Favorite ride is Haunted Mansion! Even had an imaginary friend as a child named Sally Ghost who I "met" at the Haunted Mansion. We are breakfast people so in AK we eat at Donalds Safari Breakfast. We did eat at Epcot at the German Restaraunt one night. It was ok for a buffet. Brought back memories for the hubby. He loved it.

At HS Mama Melrose, at MK Pecos Bills (it is counter service), at Epcot any of the world showcase restaurants, at Animal Kingdom Flaming BBQ. There are wonderful places in the resorts too, like The Wave in the Contemporary - DizneyGirl

The Cobb Salad is a great entree for lunch. If you go there for dinner, it's advertised on the menu as an appetizer salad for 2. I've asked my servers if they could make a single portion and they've never had a problem with that. That's just one reason why I love Disney so much!
