This is a 3 minute video about Walt's first studio in Kansas City. My son lives in KC, so I've been to see it a couple of times. I think it's great what this group is doing. They had a fundraiser at Halloween which was a Haunted Mansion Ball. It looked like so much fun.:)

We had a rat terrier for a few years and the neighbors' dogs torn through our fence and killed him last year. We have had a hard time getting over it, even though they immediately sold the home and moved. Butterlina was so nice to me the day it happened. He really comforted me. Yes, am going for a work conference. I leave on Sat. I am staying at Caribe Royale from Sat to Thurs. then somewhere else. I don't remember. A friend got the room from Thurs till Sun for me. I will be in conference most of the days but the nights are free. Do you live near by? - OutNumberedMom

Retro pic from about 19 years ago at Disneyland. They had just started the early morning entry feature and when we got to Toon Town it was totally empty for 45 minutes. We had all the characters to ourselves. This is my nephew who is now in college.

Just want to say thanks for all the live pics today! I had a really yukky ๎๎day at work today and they sure helped. I've worked at my job for 28 years and I am getting so tired of dealing with problems....I can't wait to escape on another trip sometime in early 2012.

I missed MW for the past 10 days while seeing my new grandson and the four other grandchildren. They live in the country with very poor cell service. Just wanted to say that we got to be in a 4.4 earthquake where she lives in TX! It was very shaky for about 12 seconds and knocked on of the girls out of bed. No one was hurt, nothing damaged and so it was sort of fun to have that experience. I found it very hard to stand and all the items on the counter were dancing.

My daughter just had her 5th baby this morning - a 9 lb 13 oz boy! I don't know his name yet. I plan to spend the week at her home and the cell phone coverage is spotty. So after today, I may not be on much.:)
