Hi everyone here at MW! I've been addicted to everything Disney since I was about 5 when I got to go to DL. I have 2 girls (7&4) and a son who is only 3 months. I can't wait to take them on their first trip to WDW next September!

if i bring a stroller how likely is it that its going to get stollen while in line or on a ride? how will i know if one of the cast members move it?
i cant speak for wdw side but at dl i dont ever really see that problem usually cms do a good job of watching them but i think they mostly watch for people trying to steel stuff from them. we always take my nephews stroller and he has the bmw of strollers haha not really bmw but its nice and noone has ever taken it - Hendizl  2950.5 #58 11:19PM
also usually if you leave your stroller make sure to take anything valuable with you like cell phone and wallet mostly - Hendizl  2950.5 #58 11:23PM
I don't think that it is likely that your stroller would be stolen. To ensure that you find your stroller if a cast member moves it you can tie a bright string or balloon to it . - Cinderella12  45.6 #120 11:20PM
I brought my expensive BOB stroller (that i LOVE!!!!!) in feb. Southwest Airlines gave it a little love lol but no one bothered it at WDW! We even leave shopping bags w stuff in them! The cast members move them around to make sure everyone has a spot but no one bothers the strollers otherwise! I even saw some awesome cast members at Epcot putting the stroller umbrellas down when it started to rain! - brittandkell  555.4 #422 1:24PM
We've never had a stroller issue either - just try to tie something onto it so you can find it a bit faster. - JMeadows  4.6 #493 1:46PM

need help... best place to book wdw trip for best prices but still able to get dinning package?
The best place I found was right through Disney. While planning your trip if Disney offers any deals like a percentage off your room or free dining you can apply it to your package at anytime. - Schramke  742.3 #13 3:50AM
Ok thank u - smb4disney  0.0 #5929 3:54AM
Welcome by the way!! πŸ˜ƒ - Schramke  742.3 #13 3:56AM

Direct through Disney. If you need anything throughout your planning or need to make changes, it's so easy to do that way :) - elephanette  65.4 #4564 8:42AM
I agree with what everyone else has said! Disney website! Have a great trip! - brittandkell  555.4 #422 8:47AM

ok ??? i tend to over pack...when in the parks what's good to carry with me for the day and what do i put it in? what do u do with ur stuff when u get on a ride? i know if u stay on site ur purchases will be sent back to ur room. last time i went i didn't have kids so really all i needed was phone and wallet lol...
I carry a crossover strap handbag (purse for american terminology), shopping left for the end of the day especially big things. extras such as jackets/hoodies, spare batteries, snacks, sunscreen, etc go in the bottom of the stroller which we park b4 all going on a ride. My handbag because of the strap can be placed over my shoulder when going on rides. Upside down, fast rides... We do parent switch or single rider passes, so 1 person can hold/ mind the bag - bubbaschoice  57.8 #104 5:01AM
I also use a crossover bag most of the time. I have used a fanny pack in the past, when we go with toddlers and they like to pull on my shoulder strap when I carry them. I've also used a small backpack, which is nice, except when I have to keep taking it off and on to get thinks out. - ally  509.0 #19 7:41AM
Well for us we don't have kids so we don't need a lot of stuff. We carry our phones, money, cards ect. on us. Then I have a bag with any meds, first aid type stuff, hoodies for latter if needed. Just little odds and ends and we rent a locker so we don't have to carry it. - Schramke  742.3 #13 3:54AM
If u rent a locker is it centrally located? How big r they? How much? - smb4disney  0.0 #5929 3:58AM
All the lockers are by the entrance to the parks. They are all the same size except at one park where you have an option of lg or sm but I can't remember witch park that was. They were big enough for our bag and our hoodies with a little extra rm. I'm sorry I can't remember the price. I know you pay one price when you rent it then when you return the key you get some of your money back. I'm not sure but I'm thinking it was $12 to rent and you get $5 back. But you could always look that up. - Schramke  742.3 #13 4:06AM
Ok thanks ill do that...I'm trying to make this a calm..stress free trip so trying to find out as much as I can - smb4disney  0.0 #5929 4:16AM
Any other questions you have just ask away. We have amazing mw'ers here and I know we'll all help you any way we canπŸ˜ƒ - Schramke  742.3 #13 4:28AM
I use a cross over bag too. It's easy to get on and off of rides and not have to take it off! I carry wipes, diaper, hand sanitizer, my portable phone charger and small wallet. If you need a stroller you are SET lol!! You can throw water bottles and snacks in the bottom of the stroller! There is stroller parking all over the parks! The cast members are awesome and move them etc as needed. I even saw some at Epcot putting the umbrellas down on strollers when it was about to rain! I hope you have an awesome trip!! - brittandkell  555.4 #422 11:29AM
I bought a crossover bag my trip at Disney and used it my ext two trips as well. Was easy to get in and out of and has plenty of pockets for camera, phone, maps etc. had ponchos in it one day but that got heavy for me so next day they went in the drawstring back pack we got from BBB. Hubby was a good daddy and even wore his princess's pink back pack for her. Lol told me I couldn't take pic though, but I did. Shhhh. Lol - txdisneymomma  163.0 #59 12:34PM

Hello and welcome, you came to the right place for disney love, I actually started a post today , for first timers and everyone really I'm going to do a park a day , that everyone can give tips and ideas about that specific park the hotels near it , but always feel free to ask anything . The postcards that you have been seeing are sent from fellow MWer's to others , some do this on trips , I sent my Christmas cards from magic kingdom last Dec and will do it again this yr from DL , it's just a fun way to send some disney mail to others , happy planning:) - tracsant  1599.6 #4 8:01AM
