Hi. Been a while since we've posted. After the honeymoon in august, been busy with moving, coaching, training, work, work and more work. But it will all be better soon. Driving 8 hours to Disneyland on Friday.

Two days down. Back to teaching middle school. Kinda wish I could take them all to EPCOT. So much to learn for world geography and cultures. But we are in Nevada. So....they get desert and mountains as their reference to the world.

Okay, so we know all about the humidity in Florida and how it makes the heat sometimes downright nasty. Especially when you are from Nevada. We reached 7% today. So nice to not be dripping in sweat, but do miss WDW and all it has to offer.

Food Review. Earl of Sandwich. Downtown Disney. Great sandwiches. They are toasted to perfection. A variety is available, so you should find something. Lots of salads, fruit, cookies, chips etc to choose from. The have drink refills for free as well. We ate for under $15. Two of us. Good spot for lunch in the marketplace area of DTD.

Food review: Pizza Planet. DHS. Food was better than expected. Pizzas and meatball sandwich. Tasty. Great value. Each main dish also includes a Caesar salad. Two of us ate for under twenty bucks. Wish they had a green alien claw machine.

WDW food review. Germany's Biergarten. Vegetarians do not eat here. Carnivores will love it. Buffet of sausage, brats, potato dishes, meat, potatoes, meat, meat, and meat. Plus you can get a liter of beer fir $13. Best beer value in the park. Plus you might run into the famous Michael. A good time for all. Great entertainment too.

It is raining pretty good at EPCOT. Hoping it won't last. Really wanted to see the nighttime Illumination show.
