I don't know about cost, but they are pretty large! You could probably split one between 2 people. Also you can arrange to have a cake made for you through Disney dining (though this may be costly)
Either way it will be yummy! Happy early Birthday!! - Deppsfan  36.8 #85 8:35PM

I think i might also Okay thanks for the advice! I think if we did cupcakes me and lil miss could share and of course the birthday boy and hubs would get their own and then my sis n law would prob only need 2 for her tam....so that is extremely doable. I think I will look into the cake thing tomorrow to see the cost because even 5 cupcakes is about $20.... just have to see!!! - ccmom  174.7 #29 10:49PM

We are food fanatics so we picked what park to be at based on what days I could get reservations at the places we wanted to eat
We never worried about the crowd . We went by extra magic hour & where we were eating !!! - skcanfield  349.8 #10 8:14PM
We dine and visit the park with the magic hours. Although we always do park hoppers. So that's what I suggest like my friend above. - 5disneylovers  339.1 #11 8:19PM
I don't do the EMH because of more crowds. And I don't hop because the extra walking to & from buses becaue of Arthritis 😁😁😁 Someone said Josh on EasyWdw is usually right. What about Tour Guide Mike? ideas anyone ? I just don't want to be in a "RED " rated park any day. - lghr  11.0 #186 12:26AM
Touring plans crowd calendar recommends the following parks on the days you are there, keep in mind they rate the parks best to visit on ride wait times, not necessarily how many people will be there (I know, you think it'd be the same, apparently it's not): Dec 10th - avoid MK all other parks good, Dec 11th - best park MK, Dec 12th - best park MK, Dec 13th - Epcot, Dec 14th best park MK or AK. Hope that helps! - DizneyGirl  353.4 #9 9:20AM

Saved us a ton of time at check in, also we arrived way before "check in time" but our rooms were ready since they knew we would be arriving early due to online check in
It's the best thing. You get in pick up you folder with the keys map and get out. Everything u do in the building is done prior to arrival. It easy and great. Do it. You will be glad you did - 5disneylovers  339.1 #11 9:16PM
Ive never done it but apparently it saves you time once you arrive? Ive never had to wait long when i arrive at my hotelbut i guess if theres a big crowd when you arrive and you have checked in prior 10 days ago, i suppose it does ssave you time! - Boardwalkgirl  37.3 #81 6:03PM

I agree! We're here doing deluxe dining right now and it feels like we have eaten SO much! Unless you plan on doing a LOT of 2 credit meals it's not worth it. It's a TON of food. Not just meal wise but also amount per meal. I wish there was a between plan with 2 table service meals and 2 snacks a day.
Lol! I heard the deluxe dinning was alot of food! Even the regular can be alot. Don't worry, you look great in your pics. - disneycm  327.6 #12 1:40PM
Yes the regular dining plan has plenty of food! But we love using the dining plan, get to eat at awesome restraunts! We usually have snacks left over so before we leave we get snacks to take home with us. Works well for us. - happygma2  4.3 #455 1:49PM
Oo is it?? Good to hear! That sounds perfect for us! Lol..A lot of food is good, but then again we never tried the regular dining plan to really compare..hmmm..decisions decisions..haha:-) - mickeynme  102.3 #45 7:14PM

They installed the rf id lock on our door yesterday just as we were getting to our room. It works great, I don't know about the wristband though, I hate things on my wrist. Guess it would be much harder to loose.

Hmm I wonder how this is all going to turn out, when we stayed at BLT and wilderness lodge there were RFID locks on our doors, when we first go there you needed a key to get into the building hitch had and RFID lock and at first we had no idea how to get in! Lol! - nodell111  153.3 #37 9:08PM

Diz also made a good point. We also are not doing parks with magic hours each day. But for another reason. We love to eat and so we often plan where we will spend our days based on what dining times work best for us at the restaurants we must do. So it really depends on what your priority for your trip is.
Pick the parks with extra magic hours of your staying on property. - 5disneylovers  339.1 #11 2:34PM
Check out easywdw.com they have a whole calendar breakdown of which parks are best which days - Pixarprincess  531.4 #214 2:57PM
We usally decided based on extra magic hours and availability for dinner/ breakfast reservations, we also leave one day (either the day we get there or the last day usally) and decide what we will be doing when we get there normally on those days we have dinner at a resort or park hop but since you won't have a park hopper dinner at a resort might be good if you want to decide once you get there - nodell111  153.3 #37 6:19PM

We went this last January, so much fun! It was seriously the best vacation ever! My advice is pick at least one excursion to go on. Also, (if you are all adults or are ok with leaving the kiddos at "camp") go to palo or remy for dinner. It was probably the best meal I've ever had.

Going back to the meals questions... I get that you can order as much as you want at meals, but how does it work? What is included in your cruise? What I mean is, is it like the dining plan in the parks where you are alotted a set number of meals and snacks for the trip, or is it like a food fest that every can get what they want when they want from where they want as often as they want? Sorry, just wondering how it all works before I book my very first cruise. °o° - poohbr1205  13.6 #157 8:38AM
