We've had to reschedule our WDW vacation from this year till next year. So it's now 498 days till we see the mouse!! I so cannot wait to get my son there and see MK through his eyes! This is going to be the best time of his little life!!

Hey ME family does anyone know how far in advance you have to book your WDW resort? I had heard 45 days in advance but I don't think I will have my tax money back in time.
There is no deadline when you are required to book. However, the longer you wait, the lower the inventory. If you book a package (hotel & tickets), final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival, or if less than 45 days, at time of booking. Does that answer your question? - CollegeDisneyKnowledgeGrad

Hi MW family I have a question...How young is too young to take a child to WDW?? My son is 2 and I have people telling me he is too young and won't remember it.
People told me 4 was too young to take my daughter she wouldn't remember it. But I didn't care we took her on her 4th birthday and I'm sure he will remember parts of it maybe not all. Also told them this would not be her only trip we are going back in about three years when her brother will be almost 4. He will have fun at 2 and you'll have fun experiencing it with him! Disney was much more magical through my child's eyes. Hope y'all have fun, just take tons of pics to remind him of trip. 😉 - txdisneymomma

We took 2 year old grandchildren to Disneyland and while they have a wonderful time, they don't really remember it. When they went at 4 or 5, they remembered a lot more. - ally

I took my 15 month old and newborn grandkids to Disney earlier this year. We had a wonderful time! Just try to stick to their schedule as much as possible. We went early to the parks, left for an afternoon nap, and returned in the evening. It worked great for us. We took a ton of pictures, and now the 2 yr old and I look through them all the time. She remembers. Go, have a magical time, and enjoy the memories!! =) - eeyorefan107l

My daughter was 1 1/2 y/o and her first ride was 'it's a small world' and she was thrilled riding in the boat and looking at all the "babies" (dolls). I spent more time watching her reactions to things than I did anything else. Lol! MK is the perfect place to start! I also agree that Playhouse Disney at HS is full of fun...and bubbles to boot! - LilyBellesMom
