Since I took my new job in California our Disneyworld trips will have to wait till my boys are older for the long flight. But on the bright side we booked a week in Disneyland for my boys birthdays. So let the countdown begin. Will be there December 1.
Congrats on the count down. - Pooh147856

Quick question for my MW family. We want to do the DVC info when we go next year but my wife said she heard they take advantage of you on the costs. Is this true? Where else would you get the info and sign up for it? Thanks MW family.
Totally not true at all. I found DVC to be very helpful and not at all pushy. If you need any info let me know as I became DVC tens years ago and find it worth every penny. - Pooh147856

They are not pushy at all because DVC pretty much sells it's self if it's right for your family. You can call them and they can give you all the pricing and info over the phone and even mail your docs to sign by mail if you decide to join. If you join before your next trip you don't have to pay for another visit, you can use your points right after you close on everything. - Andrea84

You should not feel pressured to buy anything. Disney or non Disney. They are auditioning for you not the other way around. - 5disneylovers

Thanks for everyone's input. When we go to DL next December we will defenitly go through the DVC speal. Think it would be more fun in the park. - dadwholovesdisney

Haven't been on in the past few days. Making our move to our new home in Northern California from Texas. Drove by Disneyland today and it took everything I had to not drive in. Maybe next year after I get some vacation time. Love seeing everyone's posts. Thanks
Safe travels to your new home.๐ - ally

Well MW family I've been offered a job in Northern California and have to move from my home in Texas in a week! I will miss getting to drive down. Now it will be a long flight even though I will be close to Disneyland my heart will always belong to WDW. Wish me luck on the move! Everyone have a good week.
Morning MW! Finally had a date night with my wife last night and got to see Lone Ranger. I don't know why it's doing so bad in theaters because my wife and I loved it. Great movie all around! Everyone have a fun Saturday.
Good morning! Haven't seen this movie yet, glad that you like it! Everyone I've talked to so far has liked it. - DizneyGirl

Throw back Thursday my family to the side of the castle in Disneyland probably around 1992. My father passed away at the end of October of last year and it makes me want to do even more Disney with my two little boys. Have a good Thursday everyone!

I just want to say how awesome MW Florida is and all the people on it! That being said a special thanks to Gary and Nancy for this amazing RAK!!! There's a special feeling you get when you see a Disney bag and what wonders it holds!!! Thank you again jacdanfan & goofygal. Have a great weekend will be out to Disneyland the first week of December hope to see you there!
Happy Saturday everyone! I have a quick question for any CM. I've tried applying three times for different positions with WDW and every time they say I'm not a fit. Is there any other way to get a job there? Thanks
Doesn't surprise me. It's not you. It's the company. They basically have the mentality that if we cannot control the days you're available. The time you're working and how often you breath, it's game over. - IndyandMarion

Thanks for everyone's input on the premier passes. We have decided to wait and buy them when we go to DL in December so we can have all next year to go to WDW. Already thinking of three trips next year can't wait! Have a good Sunday MW family!!

Well, we live in southern CA and my dad got one for this year because he had a trip to WDW and we regularly go to DL. He found it to be very cost effective. I think it all depends on how many trips you plan to make to both parks. - coolbeans32

It all depends on how often you go. We got them when we went to WDW last June and have definitely got our money's worth. You also get the club 33 food discount at DL which is either 20% or 30%. If you go often enough, I definitely recommend it. - Disneyaddict
