I have several digital copies that came with woke movie club movies but not sure how to watch them. Seemed like said had to download them to computer then put on them on something or something. Seemed like a pain.
ME! I love the app! However, i don't want to buy the "Digital Copy" ONLY! I wanna buy a disc as well (Blu-ray preferred). But thanks to Disney capitalization, most blu-ray release doesn't have a Digital Copy included! - otilegna  1750.4 #67 6:13PM
I just went thru all our blue rays and noticed none of them have a digital copy. I was like really?! They all should! But I did bank about 3,500 Disney Movie Reward Points tonight going thru our movie collection and entering all the codes. - mrsincredible  769.8 #6 7:03PM
yay. that is a good one :) - otilegna  1750.4 #67 7:32PM
Maggie that is what I need to do. I haven't got hooked on the app maybe because I don't have little little ones anymore 😒. Plus I am having issues with my phone and iPad saying I don't have enough storage to even upgrade 😁. Gotta go see my nephew ! Glad you are enjoying it though - mmddgp  376.9 #18 9:30PM
They used too didn't they? - mmddgp  376.9 #18 9:32PM
The great thing about DMA is you can watch them with an internet connection WITHOUT having to actually store them on your device! Love that feature. - mrsincredible  769.8 #6 4:01AM
Ooo I was thinking that! Was wondering how that worked and how much memory you needed. I think I tried to load the app once before and it said I didn't have enough storage space. I don't know what is taking up so much storage. Gotta go see my nephew! - mmddgp  376.9 #18 6:48AM
But in general, i love that app!!! - otilegna  1750.4 #67 6:13PM
I don't mind the digital only copy lately. The kids watch them on their iPads most of the time anyway. How can you buy the digital copy from the get go? Just buy a normal DVD and it comes with it? - mrsincredible  769.8 #6 7:05PM
for me, whenever there is a disney release, i always get the bluray+dvd+digital coppy... Then i just register the code inside to claim the digital copy, plus add the points for DMR - otilegna  1750.4 #67 7:33PM
I'm gonna have to start paying more attention when I get ours, and do the same! - mrsincredible  769.8 #6 7:50PM
Yes Maggie! If you see your Bluray/dvd with a Digital Copy atached to it, you can just link ur iTunes acct and DMR acct - otilegna  1750.4 #67 9:16PM
I know, I was hoping to do that with those movies we already have upstairs that are in the vault now like 101 Dal, Peter Pan, and Lion King. But dummy me didn't realize the benefit of digital copy until I got hooked on Disney Movies Anywhere! - mrsincredible  769.8 #6 4:03AM
And most of mine don't have the digital copy. 😒 You can bet I will be buying it from now on!! - mrsincredible  769.8 #6 4:06AM
So cute! We use it and our Frozen blu-ray came with the digital copy. I think that's the only one, though. They all should come with it! I looked for some to download but a lot of the classics are in the vault. Do you get DMR points for buying the digital copies? - kayxobelle  156.5 #47 8:06PM
YES! you get points... not sure how many, but they say 100pts for SD, 150pts for HD - otilegna  1750.4 #67 9:18PM
Yes! You get points with any Disney movie you buy. Just don't throw out the papers inside the case, like I did to a lot of mine. 😁 - mrsincredible  769.8 #6 4:12AM
I have several digital copies that came with woke movie club movies but not sure how to watch them. Seemed like said had to download them to computer then put on them on something or something. Seemed like a pain. - txdisneymomma  79.1 #68 8:52PM
it is not really a pain... for me, i prefer the iOS version (pretty much, iTunes digital copy). BECAUSE u can sync it will all your iOS/ all the "i" devices! - otilegna  1750.4 #67 9:17PM
Is it possible to save the digital copy to your iTunes acct? If so, you can them upload into Disney Movies Anywhere without having to repurchase the movies. Honestly, I have repurchased some in iTunes/Disney Movies Anywhere because we only had them on VHS to begin with. - mrsincredible  769.8 #6 4:17AM
Well, apparently they are just adding paper codes as the digital copies now, vs. actual discs. I guess this solves the problem of having to figure out how to save the movie down from a disc. - mrsincredible  769.8 #6 5:45AM
Yep all of your disc purhases with digital copies are save in ur itunes acct. The Disney Movies Anywhere app is just like an app to organize ALL your Disney digital purchases... - otilegna  1750.4 #67 6:44AM
Me being the organizational freak that I am, I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS APP!! LOL - mrsincredible  769.8 #6 7:09AM
Ok I have a Microsoft tablet is there a way to put them on there? We have iPhones and iPods but no iPad. - txdisneymomma  79.1 #68 6:54AM
Correct me if im wrong.... when u claim ur digital copy entitlement, you are asked what version ur gonna use. If u choose iTunes (apple), then it will be stick with itunes edition.... - otilegna  1750.4 #67 8:07AM
Also the App is iOS compatible only - otilegna  1750.4 #67 8:08AM

We did it on our honeymoon. Good was really good but the fireworks show from out on the walkway just outside the restaurant was AMAZING!! Hubby thought that was best part. We are thinking about doing it again on our upcoming trip on our night out alone.
I didn't think it was worth 2 credits. I guess the good was pretty good but not that good. - lghr  36.0 #111 6:48PM
I meant the food was pretty good. - lghr  36.0 #111 6:49PM
Keep the reservation you will be glad you did. Went last Oct for first time, then again on Feb trip, what a great view and food was delicious, paid out of pocket though. - Betsyboo  17.3 #163 4:24AM
I went at 9pm.. And honestly the meals are not big, BIG in taste, but not in quantity. Very worth it though. The journey back to our hotel was long enough for the food to digest! - Boardwalkgirl  54.9 #86 9:54AM
It's even more worth it because you got a reservation to watch fireworks. It's going to be breathtaking and a great way to wind down !! - Boardwalkgirl  54.9 #86 9:54AM

We went Sept 15 in 2012 for a week and it wasn't that bad, definetly wasn't as hot as when I went in July a few years before. Was in 80's during the day I think.
Like I've said we've never been in Sept but always went the very end of Aug for our anniversary but I'm not a fan of the heat and it was just to hot and uncomfortable and definitely affected what we would do , but some people dont mind the heat , just bring lots of water and take advantage of the extra magic hrs for early am and late pm when it's a little cooler , and maybe try to find other activities for the afternoons - tracsant  913.3 #2 7:33PM

We have gone in September and it was a bit warm for us...but we are a tad older than you. πŸ˜‰ we still had a great time-ponytails and shorts!! - MicheyMouse  319.7 #693 1:33PM
As Tiffany said, it really depends on the person and what weather they are used to and like. I mentioned we went several years in a row the 1st/2nd week in September, yes, it was hot, no not the worst ever, that'd be June, July and August. Most of the rides have cool areas to wait and all the stores and TS restaurants do, it's not like you'll be in the hot the entire day. Plus, in early September there is NO wait for almost all rides, the most we ever waited in September to ride any ride was 20 minutes. I loved it. We now go in June, but wish we could still go in September. - DizneyGirl  549.8 #9 1:52PM
Love this answer. Sounds perfect! Thank you!! - Sweet_Irish_Cream  3652.5 #24 1:58PM
You are welcome. I want you to know you will have a magical time, even if it's hot. In September we always took time mid day to relax at the pool too, so try that :) Or make your lunch reservations at a TS restaurant! - DizneyGirl  549.8 #9 2:06PM

Have you ever stayed at the Shades of Green resort? That's where we stayed my first trip, I loved it. Probably cost more than value with military discount though. i never stayed there before. it might be a lil bit pricey compare to value resort (heard that it was a deluxe disney resort before army mwr bought it). rooms are nicer compare to value resort. however, for my case i don't drive :( so transportation to/from airport and to/from parks , staying at Disney resorts is more viable - otilegna  1750.4 #67 9:18PM
Yeah they are over $100 a night and yeah no transport from airport but do have park transportation. Was curious if you'd stayed there before, haven't known anyone else who has. It is really nice resort and restaurants are good. My nephew loved watching all the ducks and turkeys walking a round he took several pictures of them, I discovered many wildlife pics on my camera lol. But I do think you're right value resorts are cheaper and you have magical express with them. - txdisneymomma  79.1 #68 9:47PM
A friend of mine stayed at Shades of Green and they love it. They have a rental car so its alright. I also saw the park shuttle of SoG, it is per hour (except for TTC - every 20mins). And also, they might not be included with Dining Plan - otilegna  1750.4 #67 10:39PM
