Is anyone staying in the resort on property. I know sometimes they have specials in the rooms for the rest of the year. we are coming in june but I was wondering if there are any specials listed now.

what do you guys think of saratoga springs or old key west ...we might have to change resorts cause of our dates ..so I'm thinking of upgrading..
Family Atmosphere= OKW. Upscale= Saratoga. My parents just stayed at Saratoga, didn't really like it. But they LOVE OKW. :) However, they said the food court & pool is better at Saratoga. But the rooms are smaller at Saratoga. - TangledNdisneY

I love OKW its very homely and Saratoga I only stayed 1 night 2 years ago. This year ill be staying in Saratoga for 2 nights and Bay Lake 1 night too. I like both but my favorite is AKL. - yessy

I like both but Saratoga has much nicer food court. OKW is beautiful and you can get to DTD by boat. The two resorts are right next to each other also. OKW doesn't have elevators either. Tough choice though! - Jalex239

Well we were waiting to take pictures with Pooh and his friends then a cast member said "You guys are so cute how would you like to be apart of the parade?" Then my sis and I started jumping up and down with excitement! (My family and I always match so maybe that helped us?) We got to go behind the scenes and meet all the cast in them parade! Buy we could take any pics back there bc it was so exclusive and magical!!! - Disneytennisfreak

Well, it looks like I'll be spending Christmas at WDW this year. I had to move my vacation time almost a week later than originally planned, but nothing wrong with that. :)
Andrea I am so sorry I haven't mailed out your surprise yet. My luggage broke or someone opened it and I lost a lot of my gifts I brought back. However I do have part of your surprise I will be sending to you. I am sorry for the delay and that part of your surprise is missing. I will also post a few more pictures as soon as I get them downloaded. Missed you guys!
@BagGal...I signed up for a personal account with UPS and assigned a credit card to the account. Then I got some Ground forms from the UPS Store. I either bring a box or 2 (broken down & flattened in my suitcase) and a roll of packing tape with me. Then I shop during my vacation & every night pack the stuff away in the boxes. A day or 2 before I check out to leave I seal up the boxes, make out the forms (keeping a copy of the slips for me for tracking purposes) and bring to the resort front desk. The CM's take them & give to the UPS guy. That's it! If I need additional boxes I ask at the gift shop as they get merchandise in all the time & sometimes have empty boxes left over. - Tinkerbell1265

I noticed it right away but the recurrent were in the bags so I can really do anything about it. It is a bummer, but not everything was taken. I packed some gifts in another bag. Just means I need to go back soon to buy it all again. ;) great idea on shipping it back.home to yourself. I might try that next time! I am working on more trivia for fun. Hopefully next week ill.be able to get it started. :) - disneyworldsbiggestfan
