I'd say the flavor of the grapefruit cake is as strong and bitter as biting into a whole grapefruit. I expected it to be evened out with at least some sweetness, kind of like Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice, but it was to strong for my tastebuds. Couldn't finish it. - PixieDust76  73.7 #59 10:51PM
