Today, we are going to Harry Potter. The parks are absolutely packed, by all accounts. We again had a problem last night, which resulted in Disney arranging and paying for a huge dinner, bottle of wine, etc free at Portabello's for us. To make a long story short, my nephew and sister-in-law bought over $800 of the SW merchandise that first morning, much of it limited to less than 1000. They sent it back to our resort. When we got it, all the limited Ed. Items were missing. They are trying to find the items or replace them somehow. So during this time spent with management, we missed our dinner and the movie POtC. The manager at our hotel was wonderful. We are going to find a good way to thank her! I'll post more when we find out what will happen. We have never had any trouble like this before, so it's great to see how Disney handles customer service.
