MouseWait Florida! It's been brought to my attention that you are have reception issues with AT&T, as a employee I want to help. Before I can push or help I need you to mark the Spot. Please goto the AppStore and download the AT&T Mark the Spot app. When service is bad, please launch the app and Mark the Spot. Without these reports we can not fix the service. If you have questions you can txt via the txt feature. Keep in mind I am in California so I may respond off hours. Please Mark the Spot as I want you experience with AT&T and MouseWait to be the best possible!!!

We had trouble last Feb with the location feature. I was trying to dial in the points for MW WhatNext and kept getting different numbers. I would mark it then come back later and it would say I was 500-900 feet away. I think what the problem is, so many people are already on the same cell tower and it defaults to another one. - ToneLoc  456.8 #267 2:16PM
When we went we marked the spot as often as we could. The AT&T data coverage was horrible for us. I hope this problem gets fixed. - ManBearPig  417.0 #309 2:43PM
Cell phone GPS are not always real GPS, some are just cell triangulation. its not very accurate but works. Iphone do have gps but if single is weak it defaults back to cell towers. - GoofyJoe  1864.2 #41 2:51PM
Thanks! I hope this works. I have no service in or near my house and when I do it's terrible reception. I sliced my finger open trying to open my rak that I won. It wouldn't stop bleeding and I had to go to the hospital. I didn't have my car so I had to call my husband so he could come and pick me up. It took me 10 minutes of running around to different spots before I finally got service to call my husband. - Queenof2princesses  254.7 #966 3:17PM
