During our latest trip in August, we were going to change DVC hotels twice, to experience different places, but we decided against it. We have stayed at two resorts on our last two wdw trips and it works out fine. They will transfer your bags for you and you can do express check out and not have to stop at the front desk. The only thing is if you are on dining plan you will need to go to the new resort and get your room key to start using your dining credits. I just stayed at FQ with my nieces, ages 1 and 3 and they both loved it. The younger one liked the playground and pool and the older one liked those in addition to the fountains and the alligators by the pool. She also adored the boat ride to Riverside. You will like CSR, it's newly redone. The pool is nice. The thing I liked best was the sliding doors between the bedroom and sinks, all other moderates have curtains. The doors made it so that the adults could get ready and not wake the kids. - DizneyGirl  354.6 #10 9:00PM

we switched resorts on our trip. I didn't really want to but couldn't get the night of the Oct 1 (b/c of the 40th anniversary) at the WLV so we did 5 nights at WLV and 4 nights at the treehouse villas. They made it so easy to switch they brought and held everything until the room was ready including the groceries and cold stuff too. Good luck We really liked being able to experience two resorts.
