Any ideas for places to stay for family of 5? Do hotels have roll aways?
If you look in the right places you can get a 1 or 2 bedroom condo or town home as cheap as a hotel. In March a few years ago we had a 3 bedroom, brand new with pool townhome for $85 a night, I think that's cheap and I'm sure a 1 bedroom would be cheaper. I used www.bookit.com - DizneyGirl

bookit.com is a website that has hundreds of options, some of those are on Disney property, but most aren't. The one we stayed at was a 10 minute drive to Disney. We were VERY close! - DizneyGirl

We have 5 in our family too and it's always hard. We stayed at port Orleans in January and the room had two queens and a trundle bed for one of the kids. It actually worked out well. Good luck finding rooms :) - disneyrunmom

Bay Lake Tower 1BR villas sleep 5: king bed in the bedroom, queen sleeper in LR & chair in LR that pulls out into twin bed. We have stayed in 1BR villa there a few times now & we love it. We have just 2 kids, but they like having their own bed. Full kitchen (we don't cook, but having the fridge, microwave & dishes is nice!); washer & dryer in the unit. - SueBoo

Port Orleans riverside has the trundle bed, a few of the one bedroom villas have room for five, or there are family suites at the value resorts. Many options in a variety of price ranges! - Andrea84

I think some of the resorts have a few suites on property or something that may be similar and work out better for you like Disneyrunmom suggested. Or you may find something off property like a house or condo. Years ago my family stayed at the Days Inn Lodge on I-192 and it was 5 minutes from Disney. Worked out well as there were 7 of us. Had 2 diuble beds in one room, and 2 pull out couches in the main room. Also cane with a kitchenette with microwave, stove, coffeemaker & fridge. Only problem was that there were no pots, pans, dishes, cutlery or cups provided. They were for rent at the front desk which I found really skeevy.î„… - Tinkerbell1265
