Hey quick question after spending alot of money on souvenirs we packed it all safe and sound we got home about 30 minutes ago and found that the Mickey mouse halloween/pumpkin candle holder is broken will disney replace if so how can we gi about doing this?

That stinks :( I would try to call the Disney merchandise number and hopefully they can help. We have ours that we bought all packed away, it sounds like we should probably carry it on though. I hope you can get a new one! - Andrea84  295.1 #15 8:16AM

I've done it before. Make sure you have the bar code and your receipt cause they will ask for the transaction number. If the give u trouble just ask to speak to a supervisor. It's happened twice to me and both times I hot it replaced here's the number 407 363 6202 - jl42nato  19.3 #126 10:16AM
