I learned anImportant lesson about Photo Pass. Always have them take the important photos with your camera too. I'm just sick because almost all of our photos taken at the Halloween Party are missing. We had many photos of other guests mixed with ours. I did a photo search request and they informed me that they could not locate any of our photos. I'm just sick about it. Until this year we have never had so many issues with photo pass. So many times this trip cameras were not working properly. I'm just so disappointed to have spent so much money on Photo Pass Plus to have SO many missing and wrong photos. I will definitely ask the photographers to take pictures with my camera too in the future. 😞😒😑

We lost a few photos from them on our honeymoon in DL. I had them take photos on my cam too but they were able to find our photos. Still. It should happen. Truth be told, the only reason why I "use" photopass is to help them out. I've been in that position before (except at SeaWorld), so I try to help out. Now when I was with Kodak, I worked with the guy who helped create those magic shots, but the PDA system rarely worked right for what we were doing. ....in all honesty. In an unbiased look at it. Photopass needs to be shut down and reworked. The fact that they pre-sell the cd is really unfair to families, for the reasons stated by others here. I laugh at the fact that they add in extra stock photos from the parks just to "sweeten the deal" those aren't interesting. I'm getting photos for my memories, not an advertisement. And for heaven sake, give the cast proper training. Seriously. I can't tell how many times I've had to tell someone that my lens doesn't zoom in or that you have to look through the viewfinder....or where the VF is.. - IndyandMarion  1278.9 #1 10:21AM

I wanted to use some from the Halloween party for our Christmas card- guess I will have to come up with plan B. I was most disappointed that we didn't have the ones taken in front of the haunted mansion with the ghost driving the hearse. We waited at least 15 minutes for the guy to fix his camera then ended up with pictures if the family in front of us. You would think there would be a way, especially looking around that family. It dose suck. We have debated on getting the cd but always end up not and usually end up being glad we didn't when we do look at the pictures. Always always always bring ur own camera or even had them ur phone. On a positive note...we did have some pictures that turned out well. As for photo pass plus I loved it in 2012. We had relativity no issues so I was game to pay again. After all of the issues from this year I'm not so sure I will fork out the $$$ next year. I'm with Indy- it should be shut down and reworked. - leveretttltl  89.5 #75 12:17PM

They lost nearly all of ours and I called and complained that I saw them all on there before we left and then they lost them. I only had 3 photos and complained that I didn't want to pay that much for only 3 photos! A really nice guy told me he would try and find them from my times and descriptions. He called back in two hours and had found them - all but two! There were some great ones, so I was soooo grateful! - ally  509.2 #12 7:52PM
