need any help? - Hendizl  2388.5 #43 12:06PM
I'm booking my flights , I'm trying to figure time wise from airports , the best times from me (JFK) are to LAX but Idk the distance and traffic so I'm thinking fly into LAX and home from LBG .And trying also to figure out dining , if I need ressies or not though I'd rather not but I have no idea about any restaurants , I love talking about planning but don't like to actually do it - tracsant  912.3 #2 12:15PM
I'm sure I'll be the same way for our fall trip to DL next year. I can plan a DW trip like no tomorrow... DL is a whole new ball of wax!! - mrsincredible  768.9 #6 12:57PM
well for reservations for dining you dont really need reservations they are usually good about same day res but you can always make them couple days before your leave and then if you cant make it just call and cancel. as far as flight what day are you coming in ? usually its cheaper to go to lax but its further. but i mean theres only traffic in the morning and then in the afternoon - Hendizl  2388.5 #43 1:27PM
How far would you say LAX is ? - tracsant  912.3 #2 1:31PM
I'm from so cal and la area and used to have an annual pass to dl, if you need help let me know. I'm having the opposite problem trying to figure out wdw since I've never been! My suggestion for dining is a good deal at the plaza inn around $13-14 you get free refills on sodas even to go cups if you ask and they give you so much the kids can eat off your plates! (Depending on their age). Airports try long beach or Sna (orange county John wayne airport) they are a lot closer than lax but lax is usually cheaper flight wise. Traffic sucks everywhere out there. You could also consider Ontario airport if the price is right, not much traffic that way unless it is rush hour. A lot depends if you are going to have a car or not for me to recommend off site food. Let me know :) - disneymommy0910  234.4 #1390 1:33PM
LAX to Disneyland is 45 minutes plus depending on traffic. SNA (John Wayne) is the closest airport, about 20 minutes. You don't need any ressies for DL unless you want to do something really special. - CollegeDisneyKnowledgeGrad  801.5 #3 1:37PM
From lax to DL it's about an hour depending on traffic. No traffic at all = about 35 min. It Could be 2-3 hours if its rush hour or an accident somewhere. I always say about an hour ;) - disneymommy0910  234.4 #1390 1:40PM
Hope you found good flights - 5disneylovers  774.2 #5 12:24PM
Prices are great but trying to figure out where is another story - tracsant  912.3 #2 12:30PM
