We enjoyed the soft serve at Grand Floridian food court. They let you pile it as high as you want with as many toppings as you want and it's just one snack option off your DDP! Besides that, I'd pick Dole whip swirl (pineapple/orange) at MK or a double scoop of Edy's ice cream at mainstreet icecream parlor at MK! - Jalex239

@schramke - it's at dino bites somewhat near dinosaur. They have them in the main street bakery too. Dino bites has chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, and sugar with vanilla ice cream. Msb has been known to let you use any cookie they sell :) you can easily split 2 ways...we used it as a snack for our whole family (2 adults, 8yo, and 2-2yos) - lmahon424

Scoops @ HS (on the way to TOT) also has ice cream sandwiches, but they were sold out of the cookies the night we tried to get them. We have yet to have an ice cream sandwich anywhere @ Disney in all these years, so we'll have to make it a priority on our next trip! - SueBoo
