You will have to go parent swap because baby cannot get on rides. Tell the CM you want to do parent swap. The Disney CM will then instruct you to enter the queue. Once you're at the boarding area, let the Cast Member know that you want to "child swap." They'll show you where to wait while the rest of your party enjoys the ride. Not to my knowledge. I took my son when he was 9 months old and I either was carrying him or had him in the baby bjorn. I was never turned away. I felt more safe with him in the baby bjorn but could carry him also. So it's up to you how you want to carry him but you can take them on any ride with no height requirement. - brodysmommy  243.7 #1064 2:13AM
