Love this ride it's such a classic......I just can't get my chicken 8 yr old to get on it..... The sad part is he went on YouTube so he knows what to expect.......lol
When hinges creak in doorless chambers, and strange and frightening sounds echo through the halls. Whenever candlelights flicker, though the air is deathly still. That is the time when 8 years old peace out. Screaming in terror from this awesome ride. - IndyandMarion  913.0 #1 5:38PM

We went on you tube to show our 7 year old..he still was scared on the ride, I just kept reminded him of parts in the movie too. It worked until we got stuck in the graveyardscene with a ghost hat kept popping up! Good luck!! - ccmom  174.7 #29 5:22PM
We all adore this ride. My son went on it at DL at 2 and has loved it ever since, he's 5 now. Last yr @ DL they closed it down for maintenance 1/2 way during our DL stay, as you can imagine, he wasn't too happy 🙉 - bubbaschoice  37.5 #81 5:28PM
My youngest daughter (6) said she wasn't going to ride it when we went this past Nov. However, once we got there, she turned into this brave girl who was willing to try most rides! She asked to go on it and she LOVED it!! Maybe the same will happen with your son! :) - BagGal  150.4 #39 5:41PM
