A bit of sad news my fellow mwers. Seems that the student loan people decided to lie to me and now they are going to garnish my entire tax refund when I consolidated the loans and got put in a income based repayment. After all that paperwork was in the system they told me I was fine to file my taxes well I get a letter in the mail on the 4th saying I should wait to file for 4 more weeks to make sure that my refund doesn't get taken. I filed on January 28th :'( with that said looks like no Disney trip this year

Prayers have been answered after doing much calling around I found out that my taxes are NOT being garnished but I won't get the biggest part of the refund until probably closer to summer but this should mean my Disney trip should still be on!!!!! - BBNMickey  11.1 #188 12:14PM
