Good morning everyone. George Kalogridis, President of Disneyland, has been promoted to new President of WDW. Congrats Mr. Kalogridis! We had a chance to meet him in 2010 at Disneyland's 55th Anniversary!

I really like Mr. Kalogridis. He seems so approachable. Many MWers have had their picture taken with him at DL. A couple of weeks ago he walked right by me at DL. He was all by himself, dressed very casually, looked like any park visitor. So sorry now that I didn't say hi and ask for a pic. Was just so surprised to see him that early on a Saturday morning strolling through the park! If you look at his bio, he started working at WDW in 1971 as a busboy at the Contemporary Hotel! We're so happy for him, but DL will miss him, just glad he's not leaving the team! - jacdanfan  2607.4 #19 11:01AM
