I would price out a shuttle from the airport to see how much it would cost to get to the Swan. The location of the Swan is much better but it is not Disney themed at all, so it depends on what you are looking for. POR does have a boat that you can take to DTD, but you will have to take the bus to the parks.Good luck, it's a hard choice! - Andrea84  306.1 #15 1:18PM

My hubby had a conference at the Swan and it is a beautiful hotel BUT it is not Disney themed and the lack of buses was a pain. Also it's restaurants are not on the dining plan if that us a concern. - mzdisnee  220.9 #21 1:34PM

We stay at the dolphin its 57.00 from airport to dolphin. We had no problems with transportation during our 17 days stay... ferry service as well bus service no problem...yes it's not a Disney hotel , but you still get the magic hours. - islandgirl58  162.1 #33 1:55PM

POR rooms were BEAUTIFUL! They're newly renevated and the bus shuttles go to every park and are not too far from the rooms. It's so nice to walk outside the room and be outside with fresh air and the New Orleans style lobby and dining hall is fantastuc - ariel116  34.1 #93 2:17PM
