Want to share with my MW family...I have been on Medifast since Sept 10 and have stuck to it to perfectly. I am happy to say that WDW will be seeing 38 less pounds of me!!! I will break my diet for the trip to enjoy all the Disney goodness (within reason) but when I return I will get back on track to loose the rest :)
