Those who know about my tiny picture taking obsession will get a kick out of this story. During EMH last Monday, we were exploring Adventureland at MK and riding rides while the 2nd MSEP was going on. We had never done the Jungle Cruise, so we walked up and waited for the next boat to arrive. Since I had never experienced this ride up to that point, I was in my happy place snapping pics of everything in sight. It was really dark, but as I caught sight of our boat, I took aim and shot -- the flash nearly blinded the driver as she yelled, "WHOA!! I was NOT ready for that one!!" A crowd of people, including us, climbed on board when she stopped and waited for our tour to begin. Only I realized after a few minutes that our guide had refused to move the boat one inch until I got a better picture of her. She stood there posing and cheesing and waiting on me. I thought she was kidding, so I smiled and turned away. I looked back after I realized we were still waiting to go, and everyone was staring back at me! "Cheeeeese!" she posed. Half embarrased, I snapped one last pic of her, she thanked me and off we went, haha!! Not the first time (or the last, I'm sure) that my paparazzi habits got the best of me. ☺
