ok ok guys i need your help!! my pass expires in 18 days exactly so as you guys know im planning my trip to your beloved castle. so my question is. i will be renewing my pass but... heres the question. is it better to upgrade to the premier pass which will get me into all the parks there or should i stick with my premium and just buy tickets separate? i wont do a vacation package because i work for a hotel so i can get good room for a very cheap price somewhere nice and its cheaper that way i dont really care to stay at the big resorts since i know i wont be in there except to sleep. i need as much info as possible please thanks everyone
It depends how long you plan on staying, but it's only about $200 more for a premier which will get you 20% off merchandise and get you into the water parks, WDW doesn't really do food discounts for AP like DL does. You can always buy a premium DL pass and upgrade when you get to WDW. - Andrea84  304.1 #15 3:06PM

I think you should upgrade. Me and my sister did for our upcoming trip. We plan on park hopping a bit so that's why the pass is good plus the discount on merchandise. Plus the premier pass is a cool gold card. haha :) - misseeyore  499.9 #240 3:12PM

Henry, here is what we did. We get the Premium Pass and finance it. You cannot finance the Premier. When you are ready to go to WDW upgrade your Premium to a Premier Pass. You just have to pay the full difference in cost then. This way, if your plans ever change you didn't invest in the more expensive pass. The Premier will still expire based on your Premium Pass date of renewal. We did this a couple of years in a row, saved a bundle. - jacdanfan  2607.4 #19 4:15PM
Chrck the WDW website about Dining Plan. It seems that the 2012 and 2013 change a lot (most Epcot Table service restaurant are not included on 2013 one). But dining plan is good fira refular plan or the quick service one (just get the most expensive one) - otilegna  862.2 #106 5:03PM
If you really want to maximize your stay at WDW, premier pass is the best deal. Park hopper option plus free parking (if you are planning to stay outside the property, you need to pay parking if you only got the regular ticket).... Also, like jacdanfan said, upgrade it when you are ready to go. :) - otilegna  862.2 #106 5:07PM
