@Hendizl This was my vegetarian lunch (prepared by the Tuskar House) on my Wild Africa Trek. It includes the most delicious Tabbouleh, Fresh Fruit Salad, Couscous Salad, Curried Basmati Rice, Hummus and Pita, and Spiced Tandoori Tofu served in a tiffin box. To drink we had yummy POG!
