Finished Product: 1 Tie-Dyed Cheese Cake. Red Velvet cake crust - Psychedelic Cheese Cake top. One down, another one to go. This makes 16 slices and I have 22 students. So, here I go with round two. This came out beautifully - no cracks. The first one I ever made had a huge crack down the middle. That led me to research why. Now, I add my eggs last, cook it in a water bath, and let each stage of the process go slowly. Cutting it is also an art. A chef taught me...Only one cut with the knife. Then you have to run the knife under hot water and clean it off before making the next cut. This is sure a lot of work.

I found the recipe on a Disney Web site. Google Pop Century Tie-Dye Cheese Cake. Follow my tips for cooking to prevent cracking. Their recipe says to add eggs first. DON'T. Add them last. Eggs retain air when beat and mixed too much. - Experiment869

You also need to cook it in a water bath. Wrap springform- pan in a couple of sheets of foil. I put it on a cookie pan in the oven and then pour water into the cookie pan around the springform pan. This helps it cook evenly. - Experiment869
