Hopefully someone can answer my question here but for the magic morning/evening hours do the characters come out or do they only come out during "regular" hours? Thanks in advance.

@misseeyore, when i was there, sad to say there are no characters during the evening Extra magic hours... there are Disney PhotoPass Photographers though. - otilegna  862.1 #106 11:44PM
