Visiting WDW the 1st week of Nov. Can anyone offer tips on best way to get to grocery?....ie WalMart Thx a bunch.
Alamo is right on property and you can rent aa subcompact car for one probabally cheaper than a taxie. They will pick you up at Bay Lake and then bring you back. - Pooh147856  18.0 #136 4:04PM
My mom found this buisness where the person goes food shopping for you and brings it to your hotel... They are glorida residents and if you tell them, get the cheapest orange juice.. They really do!!! My grandmom is gluten free and they found amazing stuff at the florida food markets for her! They were amazing and very cooperative. All for a small fee... But its worth it! Garden grocer is great! They deliver to the resorts and you order online! They also deliver it to your room and keep it in refrigerated storage until they deliver it to your room so there is no need to leave wdw property, btw BLT is great! - nodell111  153.9 #38 3:58PM
Walmart is out on 192 East but you would need a car. If you take a cab I would say go to Win Dixie it closer and outside of Down Town Disney on 535. - Pooh147856  18.0 #136 4:01PM

The resorts have a limited selection of food like milk, juice, bread, some frozen foods, snacks, etc. You could always bring some things with you and buy a few things on property! - Andrea84  433.3 #6 5:00PM
First year I took the bus to Walmart . After shopping i took a cab back to Our resort. Then I got smart and rented the car for the day. So rent a car would be best - 5disneylovers  370.8 #12 5:35PM
