I would say pick places to meet up at for planning and taking pictures but everyone probably wants to do different things and with lines it will be easier. I'd split up some.  Even our small family of 4 splits up at MK because of the age ranges we don't find some of us waiting while other ride rides, we just all go do what we want (in pairs).  We don't split up at AK because there really is no need.  We split up for Epcot except world showcase.  We also split up in HS some, but stick together for Shows. - DizneyGirl  353.0 #9 6:01PM

Went with a group of 30! Definitely split up!!!! We usually picked a mutual park them divided up inside. Some days our family would say we're eating at this place at this time, you can join if you'd like. We planned one big family meal, but with 30 of us it ended up pizza in our OKW Villa. We had a pretty large group of 13 at 50s prime time. Just be sure to make reservations. One day after a family photo we all had matching shirts on. CMs made all kinds of comments. Wow, that sounds like quite a group! I will be visiting with a group of 5 next month. When we travel in groups we usually spend some time together and some time apart.
