Good morning MW family. yesterday I went to the doctors to get checked for my sinus infection and I was told it was severe. I might need surgery. I'm taking an antibiotic that's really strong and doing a saline wash to my nose. if in 3 weeks I don't get better I will need the surgery. this is so serious that it might attack my eyes and loose my vision specially on my right eye. I feel pressure on my right eye its painful. guys plz send me pixie dust and prayers because I'm really scared I'm only 25 and I should be this sick. thanks a lot love u guys.. enjoy ur day today. Hi, yessy - I've been off the grid for awhile. So sorry you've been sick. I'm a perioperative RN. Sleep w/ your head elevated by staggering a few pillows; recliners work great, too, if you have one. If your dr put you on an oral steroid, that should help decrease some of that pressure. You could also try taking an otc decongestant like phenylephrine, unless you've been told not to. Drink plenty of fluids - that will help keep nasal secretions thin & free-flowing. Keep us posted on how you're doing. - SueBoo  18.6 #131 1:09PM
