***RAK ALERT*** In honor of reaching 100 MouseWait points today, I have decided to do another RAK. Three Disney books (one for each MW digit) are up for grab this time: "The Hidden Magic of WDW", "2012 Birnbaum's Dining Guide", and "Cast Member Confidential: A Disneyfied Memoir". All you have to do to enter is share your favorite Disney memory!! Winner will be announced on Sunday, 8/26. Good luck!! :)
I don't have any of these so this would be great. I have so many magical memories but I think the best one really has nothing to do with our family except we were next in line for tigger and pooh and a family came up next to us in line that had two adult handicapped kids in wheel chairs and the CM said do you mind if we take them next. Of course I said absoulutly not. That time that we watched the characters react with the kids was absoulutly amazing. Me and their mom both stood side by side and cried tears of joy. My grandkids made comments afterward also and said how nice that was and how happy the kids were. I love Disney!!!!! - mmddgp  356.2 #18 2:47PM
You are so generous!!  Congrats on your big 100!  Tha's awesome!  It's been a great Disney week, huh?  Ressies to BOGR, 100 pts, AND best of all the double digit dance!  :)  Ok, so, please add me for your awesome RAK too. - BagGal  221.2 #31 7:44PM
Please add me :-) my favorite Disney memory is when my husband and i went on the disney cruise for our honeymoon. It was our first cruise ever. We didn't know what to expect at all. So as we were about to bored the ship we took a few pics and then before we even realized we were on the ship we hear " please welcome mr and mrs russo!" It took me by surprise and I started balling. Lol. - reedball  5.7 #351 10:50PM
I remember my little 1 year old daughter watching the parade on main street for the very first time. She was clapping and smiling and really enjoying every moment even as a baby. That was in 2001. Please add me for Turkeylegs! - JetsamsTwin  379.9 #16 5:15AM
Any others interested? Winner will be announced tomorrow! :) - mrsincredible  735.9 #5 6:22AM
Please add me!! My favorite memory was surprising my mother in law and kids with a trip last September. My father in law had just passed away suddenly and we thought it would be nice to get away. The look on her and the kids faces were priceless. Best trip hands down. - Ariel42  254.0 #24 2:21PM
Oh please add me, this is SO generous of you thank you SO much for doing this RAK!!! And congrats on reaching 100 pts!!!! My absolute favorite memory was my senior band trip when we got to play at the park all day then march in the spectromagic parade!!!! - ccmom  183.7 #38 2:50PM
That's so generous of you the dining guide looks Delish lol, there are so many to choose from but if I had to it was going with my 3 nieces and nephew for their first and only time we don't live near each other and I only get to see them a couple times a yr so for me it was priceless and I will hold it with for life , please add me for ncjal, thank you:) - tracsant  882.5 #2 2:52PM
Add me please. So many great memories but i guess i would say the first trip with both my kids, husband, mom, aunt, and two great friends. - Bakerjars  236.7 #28 3:05PM
Please add me!!! Great RAK! One of my favorite memories I was 5ish and we were watching a show with the characters in it and I was chosen to go on stage. I was very nervous but it was so much fun. I danced with the characters while playing a drum. Then I sat on a stool and they sang and danced around me. It was great. Ok this was in the 80's so to date myself when I look at pics on top of bad clothes I had a new souvenir on. It was a green visor (plastic) and it had little lights that flashed. It ran on a 9 volt battery. Anyone remember these lol๐Ÿ˜ƒ - Schramke  402.9 #15 3:13PM
Please add me!  Best memory was when we took our youngest girls for the first time  (which started our annual trips), our middle daughter turned 5 the first day we were at Disney.  She had a make over at BBB, then enjoyed MK for the entire day, and road the monorail over to Kona Cafe where we had ordered a birthday cake and they entire restaurant sang Happy Birthday to her!  She had such a magical time!!  It's been tough to beat. - DizneyGirl  529.9 #9 3:22PM
Oh, PLEASE add me...GREAT RAK, Mrs.I!! My favorite memory is taking my kids for their first time this April. They are 10 and 13 years old! The entire trip was magical...it was so special sharing their first time with them, as I never went as a child. Everything we did was so fun from riding the bus early in the morning, to spending 17 hours in the Magic Kingdom one day! (7am-12midnight!) - ncjal  187.0 #36 3:38PM
Add me please mine is seeing my 3 grandkids faces when we went to wdw the first time - jeri814  97.9 #59 4:49PM

Well congrats on making 100. I don't have time to read anything much I will so make time for Disney ready lol. My favorite memory not including baby Jalon incident umm... Thinking thinking. Seeing the looks on my children's face when we got to Disney for the first time in 2009. Or when my daughter finally was not afraid of the characters last years. - 5disneylovers  722.5 #6 5:02PM
That's awesome!!! Add me please :) My favorite Disney memory is going to WDW for the fist time with my husband for our honeymoon in Jan - lakerck  164.5 #43 5:02PM

Add me pleAse. I would have to say my fav memory is back in 2008 on our first family.vacation to.Disney. I thought we.couldn't afford it. We went and i fell in love with Disney and all the magic. We have been back every w year since. Our next trip is this September and can't wait ! - shewsluvdisney  59.0 #80 7:24PM
Very cool RAK! I've said it before in previous posts but my fave Disney memory is my Dad going on all the roller coasters with his kids even though he despises them. He's my hero. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’™ - Tinkerbell1265  440.8 #13 7:27PM
One of my favorite Disney memories is from my 25th birthday trip during Disney's 25th Anniversary. We were flying home after breakfast at Crystal Palace, but when we got to the gates before the park opened we were informed our passes ran out the day before and we didn't have a ticket to get in. A few tears later and all upset that my birthday breakfast was ruined and I didn't get to see Pooh, Tigger, and Piglet, a CM came over and handed my husband and me passes to get into the park so that my birthday wish came true. I will never forget the kindness shown to us that day, and my breakfast was magical and extra special. - MagicalFamily  57.8 #81 8:44PM
My favorite memory is our first trip to WDW we were family of the day at EPCOT. It was an amazing experience!!! Love the books, congrats on joining the 100 club :). Please add me. - mzdisnee  422.9 #14 10:16PM
I loved reading all these stories! It's hard to pick one, but I think my favorite Disney memory is our first trip to WDW. We ate at Narcoosee's and could see the fireworks out the steamy window. Was something magical about it. Thanks for the RAK! Add me for Schramke! - goofygal  5753.3 #9 8:33AM
Add me !! My favorite memory is our trip in 2000 . It was my daughters 10th birthday . We did character breakfast , lunch & dinner . Just the look on her face from how special they made her feel , I'll never forget it !!!!! - skcanfield  464.2 #12 9:07AM
Please add me! Congratulations on the century mark!  This is a great RAK.  =)  My favorite Disney memory is going to the park for the first time with my husband.  He had never gone as a child and only agreed to the trip because he knew how much I wanted to go.  Well from the moment we got there, he was like a kid, loving every detail, character and attraction.  It meant a lot to me that I was able to share that with him and experience the happiness right alongside him.  Needless to say, I havenโ€™t had to twist his arm to go back! - TheGrumpies  288.2 #838 6:16PM
I have many favorite memories at WDW, but the one I'd like to share is when my Grandfather took me into the tunnels under WDW. I thought I had the Coolest grandpa ever! - TangledNdisneY  322.5 #20 6:19PM
Please add me, this is a great rak. I would have to say my best memory is of last august when my parents told me and my sister we were going to orlando to visit friends and family and we might not get into the parks. I was kind of bummed we were going all the way to orlando but possibly not even going to the parks. Little did I know I would wake up the next day and all that dissappointment would magicly vanish. When we woke up at my godparents house my parents said we were going to see a friend who happened to be a disney employee and maybe she could get us tickets - nickpryan13  4.1 #546 6:44PM
Please add me. My favorite memory is as a child, I lost my shoe between the Jungle Cruise boat and the dock. - Experiment869  29.2 #121 8:50PM
Add me and my favorite memory is from this trip that just passed. Being with my family after a couple family losses and incidents it was nice to be together and share a happy memory together. My mom, dad, my two brothers, sister, sister in law and my niece all together to share some magic. Seing my nieces face meeting Mickey and Minnie on her first trip to Disney absolutely reminds you of all your feelings you had as a kid to see them. It was truley magical. I love.my family and my MW family - beachclubnut28  6.3 #326 8:51PM
It was absolutely wonderful - beachclubnut28  6.3 #326 10:34PM
Great RAK! Add me please! My best memory was looking out the monorail and seeing my grandparents walking around EPCOT holding hands!(: - amandapanda3  38.9 #101 11:29AM
Congrats on 100!!! To pick one favorite memory... My son's 1st trip last year. We were getting his Mickey ears embroidered and was wearing a stitch shirt. The cast members in the store were talking to him and so sweet to him. The castmember talked to him about stitch and then gave him his stitch pin. That is how we started my son's pin collection. : ) - DisneyLisa78  40.6 #100 8:46AM
I don't have any of those either. Thanks for a great RAK! My favorite Disney memory was the first time I took my two children to Disneyland. I didn't have much money, so my brother and I drove to Disneyland stayed in and stayed in an inexpensive motel. Even though we were really watching our money, we had the best time! I love seeing my children's faces as they discovered Disneyland. - ally  504.1 #10 12:17PM
Announcing the winner later today!! - mrsincredible  735.9 #5 8:24AM
Yay! Good luck to all!!!! - ccmom  183.7 #38 8:42AM
