Keep trying and make sure you speak to a person, not the automated CM!  Just spoke with a CM who said you must make the ressie with a person so that the ressie can be guaranteed with a credit card.  If the ressie is done on the automated line without a cc#, the system will kick the ressie out even if you are given a confirmation number. - BagGal  150.4 #39 9:30AM
