well after serching for days.. i have to say that my camera is goooone.. so im shopping for a new one this weekend any thoughts on what i should get.. hmmm indy any pointers.. :)

You get more control with a digital SLR but it can be a little bulky unless you get a removable lense which I have a canon rebel sx but for those quick shots you could go with a digital point and shoot - firestorm64rt  30.4 #101 1:10AM
I have a Sony point & shoot that I really like, but after my stay in June, I am now looking into getting a Nikon D7000 or the new one slated to be out by Nov./Dec. it is spendy, but it has all the bells and whistles. I want to do effects, etc. and you are limited with p&s cameras. Just my opinion. - Sandy  245.2 #1053 5:58AM
I have the olympus mini pen. I love it, I actually got it for my trip to Disneyland last may and I was very happy with the pictures, even one of disneys photographers was admiring it when he took a picture for me! It's an slr with interchangeable lenses but it's not much bigger then any normal point and shoot and very easy to use! And inexpensive as far as slrs go! - allieenicolee  6.3 #8807 2:32PM
